I am so excited to start teaching in-person classes at the Yoga Den!
The Yoga Den is in East Linton, at the Mart.
Classes start Friday 22 July 9.30am.
See you there!
I am teaching in-person Qi Gong and meditation classes every Thursday at the Restoration Yard!
I am excited to move away from zoom classes and be a guide for in-person sessions. The Qi Gong classes are one hour and the meditation sessions are 30 minutes. Both are ‘drop in’ style classes but please do book in advance.
The Studio at the Restoration Yard is a beautiful space. And you can enjoy your post-class inner tranquillity with a cup of tea after at The Larder or out on the patio.
Please book classes via the Restoration Yard’s Wellbeing Programme.
I am looking forward to seeing you there!
